Hi, I’m Stu Ross. I’m not a full-time photographer. I don’t have a studio, a signature filter, or a preset for perfection. But I do have a camera, a curious eye, and a habit of chasing the kind of moments most people miss.

Life Less Ordinary started a few years ago—part impulse, part love letter to the wild, weird, and wonderful things I’ve seen along the way. It’s not a business. It’s not curated for clout. It’s a personal space to share the images I’ve collected over the years—on the run, in between everything else life throws at you.

Some of these shots were taken halfway up a mountain. Others, just down the road. None of them were staged. Most of them weren’t planned. But all of them meant something in the moment—and that’s really the whole point.

This site exists to show the world—or at least my friends and family—that beauty doesn’t wait around. You’ve got to spot it, frame it, and hit the shutter before it disappears. That’s the magic. And it’s what keeps me chasing the next shot.
